Rasan Company Obligations: 

1. RASAN Law Firm and Legal Consultations will provide legal services through MedMal Platform based on the type of membership specified for the member during the membership period.

2. Legal services, including consultation and advocacy, will be provided according to the membership type and in compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and judicial precedents.

3. Services provided by RASAN Law Firm and Legal Consultations will be delivered with reasonable care but will not guarantee specific outcomes.

4. RASAN Law Firm and Legal Consultations will advocate and defend the member with the highest levels of expertise and professionalism.

5. Legal services will only be provided for matters arising after the member’s enrollment on the platform and corresponding to their type of membership.

6. RASAN Law Firm and Legal Consultations is committed to appointing a lawyer on behalf of the member to follow up on cases at all stages. This includes preparing the necessary documents and attending electronic sessions remotely until the case concludes. Both parties understand the commitment to make diligent efforts to secure adequate protection for the member.

7. The confidentiality of the member’s information will be maintained, and it will not be disclosed without the member’s written consent.

Member Obligations: 

1. The member must maintain valid insurance against medical errors throughout the membership period.

2. The member must possess a valid professional license during the membership period.

3. The member must have a classification from relevant authorities, unless they are affiliated with a government agency.

4. The member must notify RASAN Company immediately upon learning of any incident in which they are accused or involved, and refrain from engaging in any investigation or taking any action without informing RASAN Company first.

5. The member must disclose any lawsuits filed against them or any circumstances that could lead to a lawsuit prior to membership establishment. Fees associated with such matters will be determined at the company’s discretion and are not included in the membership.

6. The member must provide a legal power of attorney to authorize the lawyer appointed by the company to represent them fully, allowing the lawyer to act in their best interest.

7. The member must supply the necessary information and documentation to enable the company to appoint a specialized lawyer for representation as outlined in the procedures.

8. The member is responsible for all associated costs, including expert fees, governmental or non-governmental fees, and administrative expenses.

9. The member must attend necessary sessions as requested by the court or RASAN Company; failure to do so will not hold the company liable, and the member will be responsible for any resulting costs.

User (Member) Declarations: 

The member acknowledges and agrees to the following: 

1. All submitted data is complete and accurate, and no essential facts have been concealed; essential facts are those that could affect the decision of the MedMal platform regarding membership acceptance.

2. The member will maintain the confidentiality of their login information (username, password, etc.) provided upon account creation and will not disclose it to third parties, in order to protect security and privacy.

3. The member is responsible for their own use of the site and any uploaded content, and agrees to comply with these terms, as well as all applicable local and national laws, copyright, and data protection laws.

4. The member shall not collect or download content from the site, including but not limited to system user lists and electronic resources.

5. If the account is accessed by multiple users or on behalf of an organization, the account holder is responsible for all activities and must immediately inform RASAN Company of any unauthorized use.

6. If the member suspects that their account or password has been compromised, they must notify RASAN Company immediately at MedMal@rasanllp.com.

Payment Policy: 

1. **Membership Fee**: The fee paid grants access to the services described above.

2. **Cancellation and Refund Policy**: Membership fees are non-refundable once the member has accepted the membership after reading the introduction to the platform and the terms and conditions.

3.**Disclaimer**: MedMal platform is not liable for any issues arising from the member’s negligence in handling the information and services provided by the platform.
